Welcome to Artistic Designs For Living LLC. We handle each order with the utmost 
care and attention to detail. Below is our formal shipping framework, detailing 
our processes, timelines, and logistical arrangements.

■ DISPATCH PROTOCOL 1.0: THE STUDIO PROCESSING STAGE
  Each product order enters our processing queue immediately upon transaction 
  verification. Our studio team picks, inspects, and packs your items within 
  an established window of 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding 
  federal U.S. holidays). 
  * Note: During peak seasonal collections or major sales events, order 
    processing may require an additional 1 to 2 business days.

■ DISPATCH PROTOCOL 2.0: TRANSIT METHODS & SPEED TIERS
  Once handoff to our courier partners is complete, delivery timelines are 
  dictated by the tier selected during checkout. Please note that transit days 
  are calculated from the date of carrier pickup, not the day the order is placed:

■ DISPATCH PROTOCOL 3.0: THE COLLECTION TARIFFS & FREE SHIPPING
  Shipping fees are dynamically calculated at the time of checkout based on 
  shipment weight, volume, and destination coordinates.
  
  FREE SHIPPING CRITERIA:
  Complimentary Standard Shipping is automatically applied to orders with a 
  net merchandise subtotal of $75.00 or more (after applying promotional codes).
  * This offer is strictly restricted to destinations within the contiguous 
    United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).

■ DISPATCH PROTOCOL 4.0: GEOGRAPHIC BOUNDARIES & COURIER PARTNERS
  4.1 DOMESTIC CONSTRAINT: We ship exclusively within the United States. We do not 
      accept international shipping addresses or provide cross-border transport.
  4.2 LOGISTICS PARTNERS: We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Our operations 
      team selects the carrier that provides the most secure and direct transport 
      path to your destination.
  4.3 POST OFFICE BOXES & APO/FPO/DPO: Standard shipping to P.O. Boxes and 
      APO/FPO/DPO military addresses is supported via USPS. Expedited or Express 
      shipping tiers are not supported for these destinations due to carrier limitations.

■ DISPATCH PROTOCOL 5.0: ADDRESS ACCURACY & MODIFICATIONS
  It is the customer's responsibility to provide complete and accurate delivery 
  details during checkout. Our systems process shipments rapidly. If you detect 
  an error in your shipping coordinates, contact us immediately. Once an order 
  has been handed to the carrier, we cannot modify shipping labels, reroute parcels, 
  or accept liability for deliveries made to inaccurate addresses supplied by the client.

■ DISPATCH PROTOCOL 6.0: TRANSIT INCIDENTS & ARTIFACT RECOVERY
  6.1 DAMAGE CLAIMS (48-HOUR REPORTING WINDOW): If an item arrives damaged or 
      broken, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery. 
      - Send your order number and clear digital photos of the damaged items 
        and the exterior shipping box to support@rare-essentials.com.
      - Keep all packaging and contents intact for inspection. Do not discard 
        materials, as doing so may void our carrier claim.
  6.2 DELIVERED BUT MISSING PARCELS: If tracking logs indicate your package has 
      been "delivered" but you cannot locate it:
      - Please search around all possible drop-off zones (porches, garages, 
        side doors, neighbors, or mailrooms).
      - Allow 24 hours to pass, as carriers occasionally log delivery data 
        prior to actual arrival.
      - If the parcel is still missing after 7 calendar days, contact our team 
        to initiate a carrier trace.
